This website is operated by Adventures In Preservation (“AIP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Throughout the Site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Adventures In Preservation.

AIP offers this website, including all information, content, tools, and services available from this Site, to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our Site and/or making a donation, registering for an event, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms of Service” or “Terms”), including any additional terms and policies referenced herein. These Terms apply to all users of the Site, including visitors, donors, event participants, contributors, and content submitters.

I - A - ELIGIBILITY / AGE REQUIREMENTS

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register for or participate in an Adventures In Preservation’s hands-on project. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

II.   ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS & TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION

The information on this Site is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free.

This Site may contain historical or archival content related to preservation projects, sites, or educational materials. Such information may not reflect current conditions or availability.

Any reliance on Site content is at your own risk. We reserve the right to modify or update Site content at any time without obligation to notify users.

III.   MODIFICATIONS TO PROGRAMS, EVENTS & SERVICES

Details related to AIP programs, events, educational experiences, trips, or lodging (where applicable) are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any program, event, or service at any time. AIP shall not be liable for any modification, cancellation, or discontinuation, except as otherwise required by law or expressly stated in writing.

We are under no obligation to maintain Submissions in confidence, compensate you, or respond.

XIV. GOVERNING LAW / FORUM

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. Any legal action arising from use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in state or federal courts located in Colorado.

XV. CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site following changes constitutes acceptance.
